The Equip Series - Day 29 - Knowing the Due Date!

The new birth like a natural birth is all about timing!

It takes 9 months from conception to birth in the natural
We don’t know the timing in the spiritual. Both the Hebrew and the Greek scriptures speak about this spectacular new birth!

Eccl. 11:5 As you do not know how the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.

1Sam. 10:6 Then the spirit of the LORD will come mightily upon you, and you shall prophesy with them and be turned into another man.

In time afterh practice you will know when a spiritual newborn is ready to be born again!

2Cor. 5:17 Therefore, if any one is in Messiah, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come.

These days most of the body is deceived thinking we are not called to bring people into the Kingdom of God. I believe this was prophesied by Isaiah.

Is. 37:3 They said to him, “Thus says Hezekiah, ‘This day is a day of distress, of rebuke, and of disgrace; children have come to the birth, and there is no strength to bring them forth.

The new birth brings forth children who live forever!!

1Pet. 1:23 You have been born anew, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God;

John 3:3 Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

4 Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”

5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born anew.’ 8 The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know whence it comes or whither it goes; so it is with every one who is born of the Spirit.”

As we lead people to the Lord We become spiritual mid-wives or Obstetricians!

Has not the one God made and sustained for us the spirit of life? And what does he desire? Godly offspring.
(Malachi 2:15)
